All In One Products

All in one products are the latest buzz in gyms all over the country. People no longer have the time or patience to measure out a serving of protein then creatine and then glutamine etc. These innovative products contain all you need for your training regime in one place. The only thing you need to think about is what brand and flavour to use. I have listed 5 of these products to help you decide.

1. NRG Fuel TTP

This is one of the most recent additions to the market and it already has quite a following. As with all of these products, the primary ingredient is 29g of protein per serving but TTP also contains 18g of carbohydrates to help recovery. Another recovery aid is Glutamine AKG which is absorbed faster and more effectively than regular glutamine. Also included is Argenine AKG to give you the all important muscle pump plus Creatine Ethyl Ester for muscle growth which is believed to be up to 3900% more effective than monohydrate. As you can see, TTP contains the latest form of these classic ingredients to maximize efficiency. NRG Fuel TTP is available in chocolate, vanilla or berry and comes in a 2kg tub.

2. Maximuscle Cyclone

This is the longest running all in one product and the best selling Maximuscle product. Each serving contains 30g of protein and 21g of carbohydrates. The protein comes from their own Biomax blend of whey proteins. In addition to this you get 5g of creatine monohydrate and 5g of glutamine wrapped up with a patent pending delivery system. Add to this 40mg of Beta-Eldysterone and you have a great formula. Again, you just need 2 servings a day. Cyclone comes in a 1.2kg tub and is a available in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, banana and orange.

3. Reflex One Stop

One Stop has been around for a little while and, like all reflex products, it contains a very unique formula. You get 37g of protein from their blend of whey isolate and concentrate. You also get 43g of carbohydrates which come in part from organic oats and barley. To further aid protein synthesis, One Stop also contains 1.5g of free form L-Leucine per serving as well as 5g of German Creapure creatine. As if this wasn’t enough, they have also included their zinc matrix as well as a blend of vitamins and minerals which give at least 100% of the recommended daily amount of vitamins. And just to make this product truly unique, you also get probiotic spores similar to those advertised on television to promote a healthy gut. Reflex One Stop comes in a 2.1kg tub and is available in strawberry, chocolate or vanilla.

4. Boditronics Profusion

Another newcomer to the market, Profusion uses a similar ingredient base as cyclone but with a unique delivery system giving faster absorption into the body. In each serving you get 33g of protein but unlike other formula’s the carbohydrates mostly come from the 22g of dextrose. You also get 5g of creatine monohydrate and 5g of a proprietary glutamine complex. This is combined with a delivery system which incorporates dextrose and Alpha Lipoic Acid to ensure fast absorption of these important ingredients. Other key ingredients include a precursor that enables the body to produce metabolides, which has the same bio-influence as consuming HMB, a compound which has been shown to help prevent muscle breakdown. Profusion comes in a 1.38kg tub and is available in strawberry, chocolate or vanilla.

5. Maximuscle Cyclone Bars

Cyclone bars are well worth a mention as they are the only all in formula that is easy to carry without the need to worry about mixing. Each bar contains 25g of protein and 17.3g of carbohydrates. You also get 5g of creatine monohydrate and 2g of glutamine. Wrap all this up in a dark Belgian chocolate coating with a soft fluffy centre and you get a great way of delivering the benefits of an all in one product without the hassle. Cyclone bars come in boxes of 12 X 60g bars.

Body Building Supplements

Have you been to the gym recently? If you have, you must have noticed all those bulging muscles and toned bodies. Ever wondered how more and more people seem to be getting that way without too much effort on their part? Don’t get me wrong. Building up a body is hard, painful, repetitive work. But everyone can benefit by using the right body building supplements.

Every time the phrase body building supplements comes out, most people begin to think of steroids or hormonal drugs. While it is true that some of the body building supplements available in the market fall in this category, there are other body building supplements available which are more holistic in nature. These are the body building supplements I am referring to. Simply put, think of them as a balanced and nutritional food supplement that caters to the overall needs of anyone who indulges in a certain amount of body building activity.

As I mentioned earlier building up a body is painful work. Most people who hit the gym burn up calories at an amazing rate. In order to maintain the body balance and beef up in the literal sense of the term, they need to have body building supplements. In such cases, the body building supplements act as energy sources that enable the body builders to exercise more rigorously and build more muscle. Due to their higher than normal metabolic rate, they need to have a diet that is not just protein rich, but also has a combination of all other essential nutrients in the right mix.

There are a number of companies making products like body building supplements. However, a word of caution is necessary before you can run pout and buy yourself some body building supplements. In fact, before you go for any kind of supplements, it would do you good to get the opinion of your doctor. If you are enrolled with any decent gym, chances are you have access to a qualified nutritionist. Make use of this! Get to spend some time with them discussing your body building objectives, your exercise routine, your diet, your general regimen among other things so that they can suggest the right kind of body building supplements for you.

Once you have done all this, continue with your regular gymming and see the results for yourself! You will notice that not only do you add bulk far more easily, but that your body manages the bulk to give you the perfect body you have always dreamt of.

Free Marketing Lesson For Daily Reference

Did you know that you have access to a series of free marketing lessons delivered to your postal mailbox and your email inbox every single day of the year? That's right, every day you receive a wealth of valuable marketing information that could improve your mortgage business dramatically.

If you're like most people, you are ignoring this valuable learning opportunity. In fact, you're probably throwing away your junk mail immediately and deleting emails without even looking at what's being offered and how it's offered.

As far as email goes...most of us sign up for mailing lists in order to access information. We understand that the price for that information is giving up an email address. The result is a series of subsequent marketing emails from the person providing the goodies. When we get those emails, we might read them or we might just delete them as we go about our daily business.

Whether it's a direct mail piece or an electronic email delivered to your inbox...what you should be doing is reading each of them very carefully. No, I'm not saying that every product offer you receive deserves your purchase via credit card! Far from it! What I'm arguing is that each of those offers is a free object lesson in marketing.

Read them. Analyze them. What is the person sending them doing right? Is the letter/flier or email a good one or a bad one? Is it effective or does it turn you off? Does it get your attention? Does it make you want to buy? Would it make others want to buy? What can you learn from it?

Pay careful attention to the mailings from successful marketers who are recognized as top performers in their fields. Learn from their direct mail and emails. In many cases, major advertising agencies have put these offers together at a tremendous cost.

I'm not suggesting that you read every piece of spam sent to you, but you should pay close attention to the opt-in mailings you receive. Even if you aren't interested in the product behind the mailing, the text of that copy itself can be extremely valuable to you as a mortgage professional and a marketer.

Everyday I receive over three hundred emails. Many of these are a result of my opt-ins to subscriptions, newsletters, and email courses. Some are just plain spam. I don't use any email filters because they also inadvertently filter out the good emails I want to read. The spammers will always win the battle with programmers that design our email filters. Never do I miss an important email because it was placed in a junk folder somewhere automatically.

I try to handle each email once. It is either deleted immediately or, if it is a result of my opt-in and covers topics like Real Estate, Mortgage and Finance, Internet Marketing, or Customer/Client stuff, I do a speed read and save it using the sender's name as the folder name. I don't save the emails in an Outlook folder...instead; I set up an email folder on an external disc drive and save each in their own file. If the email requires my action, it's flagged and left in the inbox until completed. It's then saved and the original message deleted.

You'll be surprised how quickly you can review your junk mail and email and benefit as a result. Subscribe to as much as you can and read them. You'll learn how to better market your mortgage products, how to refine your advertising copy, and much more. It's a completely free resource that deserves better treatment than a quick trip to the trash can or the delete key!
